Return & Refund Policy
If you item is unsuitable or faulty and you wish to return for a refund, please ensure items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order & include your order number.
Returned items should be sent to Mia Rosa Boutique, 52 Grahamfield Place, Beith, North Ayrshire, KA15 1AY.
These should be in original condition, unworn & unwashed, free from a make-up, tanning or other stains and perfumes with original labels attached. Return shipping cost's will not be refunded and should be sent via a trackable method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.
If an item is returned out with the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline a refund and return the item at your expense!
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to be processed to your original payment method.
